“It’s hard to put into words but I was looking for a battery to go with my solar system, and Warren was referred to me by a friend of my son. I spoke with two salespeople who completely lost me with what they were saying, which made it very difficult for a lady on their own like myself. Warren was the last person I spoke to and thankfully spent more time explaining how things would work in a way I could understand, along with the benefits of purchasing a battery at this time because of the Federal Government subsidy, than actually chasing me to commit to something I didn’t understand. Together we looked at my home and selected a position for the battery, which wasn’t easy as my home is not that big. Leading up to the installation, I had second thoughts about the location and texted Warren on my re-think. I must admit I had trouble with Ap to start with, but as usual I texted Warren that night, and assured me he would sort it out asap, which he did. I had a GIVENERGY battery installed which is performing exactly as promised. The standout with Adelaide Solar Solutions for me was the way it was sold, the communication I received, and then the fact tat Warren was on the job making sure everything went according to what was promised, and then of course his help with the Ap after I had paid the bill, which was very comforting.
